QUEBEC CITY

After driving north west for 6 hours we arrived at Quebec City. It was a warm 27 degrees and the town was full of tourists as Quebec are celebrating their 400th year. It is the most beautiful city overlooking the St.Lawrence River. Most people speak French so we had to practise our Bonjours and mercis. We stayed at the Frontenac which is an extremely grand hotel right on the boardwalk. ( see photo ). We wandered the streets, watched the buskers and did a bit of shopping!! We had a lovely 2 days there.
